The children of a flight nurse killed in a helicopter crash will receive $5.6 million in settlement of their suit.  Sandra Pearson, aged 38 and a call nurse, was killed, along with several others, when the medical helicopter in which she was riding crashed southeast of Indianapolis in 2008.  The National Transportation Safety Board determined that the crash was caused by a defective main rotor blade on the helicopter that was manufactured by Bell Helicopter Textron.
