Firefighters at a oil refinery in Texas have filed suit seeking the overtime pay due them. J.D. Martinez and J.R. Lopez, the firefighters, claim that they are owed overtime because they regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without overtime pay and were not paid at all for "on call" time.
