A vehicle crash in Lewis County on Ky. 57 on Friday, July 17, 2009, killed two people.  Jack Mulliken and Evelyn Mulliken both of Tollesboro were killed in the accident.  Two other vehicles, a tractor-trailer and a Toyota Highlander, were also involved in the crash; their drivers were not injured.
