A worker at a mental health hospital in Pasadena, California has filed a whistleblower lawsuit alleging substandard care. The suit filed under the False Claims Act claims that the hospital defrauded the federal government by providing substandard care in violation of its obligations under the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
