Radio Shack stated in a court filing that it faced up to $5.8 million in potential liability in an overtime class action lawsuit in Pennsylvania. An ex-manager, David Vanderame, filed suit claiming that the company misused a fluctuating work week as a method to calculate overtime pay beginning in 2010. Similar suits are pending against Radio Shack in New Jersey, California and New York.
