The Fayette Circuit Court has entered a judgment in favor of William Asperi, a former delivery driver, of over $12,000 against Lexeatin in Mr. Asperi's overtime suit against Lexeatin. 

The Court's final judgment included attorney's fees and costs in addition to the overtime and liquidated damages recovered by Mr. Asperi: Final Judgment of Fayette Circuit Court in Asperi v. Lexeatin
