A class action lawsuit by Pizza Hut delivery drivers claims that they were not paid even the minimum wage.  The suit filed in federal court in Kansas City against the largest Pizza Hut franchisee the country, NPC International, Inc., alleges that the drivers were not paid at a rate equal to the minimum wage because they were not adequately compensated for use of their own vehicles in their jobs.  The drivers also claim that they were not compensated for use of their own cell phones during their jobs. 

The suit is brought under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.  The class of affected employees may be as much as 20,000
