Servers have settled their tip-sharing suit against Outback Steakhouse for $1.25 million.  The servers claimed in the suit that Outback unlawfully required them to share and pool their tips with bussers and hostesses.  The settlement applies to approximately 1200 servers that worked for Outback in Minnesota.
