A really, really stupid lawsuit has been filed against Harry & David, the gourmet food company. Seems a Bria Brown bought a tin of Harry & David's Moose Munch milk chocolate flavored popcorn at a New York City area Macy's. When the tin was opened it was discovered that the contents, in accordance with laws of nature and gravity, had settled, so the tin was not full-up to the brim. Consumer fraud this silly class action lawsuit claims.
