Technical analysts, project managers and quality assurance analysts claim in a class action lawsuit they were misclassified as exempt from overtime pay requirements by software giant, Oracle.  They were employed by PeopleSoft, which Oracle bought in 2005, and claim that they were denied overtime pay and off-duty meal breaks.
