Tellers and personal bankers have filed a class action lawsuit against Bank of America for overtime pay.  The suit is filed under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, which requires payment of overtime, and makes three principal claims:

(1)  tellers and personal bankers were prohibited from recording more that they worked more than 40 hours in a week;
(2)  their time cards were changed when they did record that they worked more than 40 hours in a week; and,
(3)  they were given "comp time" instead of overtime pay.
