Wage theft from software engineers is at the core of an ongoing investigation directed at collusive agreements by Apple, Adobe, Google and Intel, who agreed not to recruit or hire one another's software engineers. As a result of this collusion, the wages paid the engineers were suppressed unlawfully. Some 64,613 software engineers were affected, and they suffered wage theft in the neighborhood of $3 billion.
