Wal-Mart has agreed to pay $4.8 million in overtime compensation as a result of a federal Department of Labor investigation.  The company will also pay over $400,000 in fines.  The employees worked in the jobs of Asset Protection Coordinator and Vision Center Manager and the company misclassified them as exempt from overtime compensation requirements.
