A whistleblower suit against Lockheed Martin for submitting false claims to the federal government has been settled for $2 million.  The suit, which was brought under the False Claims Act, claimed that Lockheed wrongly conspired with another company, SAIC, in regard to winning a government contract.  The whistleblower, David Magee, will receive $560,000 of the settlement.
