The legal language is work loss but what we are really talking about is lost wages covered by no-fault benefits is the loss of income from work you would have performed if you had not been injured. There is a limit of $200 per week for work loss coverage. I know $200 is not much but that is what Kentucky insurance and accident law now requires.
