BP will pay $13 million more in fines to OSHA over a 2005 explosion at a Texas refinery that killed 15 workers.  BP paid $50 million in fines over the explosion and related safety violations.  In all, BP has paid more than $2 billion to settle lawsuits and fines related to the explosion.  The story is at StarTribune.com: BP Agrees To Pay Another $13 Million In Fines Over Fatal 2005 Texas Refinery Explosion.
