A Boston man was found guilty in a fatal texting-while-driving case and sentenced to one year in jail.  The evidence showed that the driver, Aaron Deveau, sent 193 text messages the day of the accident including one right before he crossed the center line into oncoming traffic causing a crash that killed the other driver and badly injured his passenger.
