A class action lawsuit alleging age discrimination against employees 45 and older has been filed against the 3M Company reports bloomberg.com, "3M Discriminates Against Older Workers, Suit Claims." Both the federal Age Discrimination In Employment Act and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act prohibit discriminatory employment practices based on age.
