A consumer class action lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase bank regarding the fees in charged for debit card overdrafts has been settled for $110 million.  The suit claimed that the bank manipulated processing of the debit card payments from the largest transactions to the smallest in order to maximize the overdraft fees it would be able to charge.  Read more at the Bucks blog of the New York Times: Chase Agrees to Settle Lawsuit On Overdraft Fees.
