EEOC To Revise Disability Act Regulations - Lexington Disability Lawyer

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) voted last week to adopt new regulations implementing the 2008 amendments to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).  See EEOC press release here.  The ADA amendments and the to-be-implemented regulations will reverse the effects of numerous Supreme Court decisions that wrongly limited the ADA's protections.
