Former ESPN announcer Ron Franklin has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit following his abrupt dismissal after 24 years in early January. Franklin, who called primarily college football and basketball games, alleged used a derogatory reference to Jeannine Edwards, a female sideline reporter for ESPN.
