Victims of take-home asbestos exposure will have their day in court the Illinois Supreme Court has ruled. The suit was filed by the estate of a woman, Annette Simpkins, claiming that her lung cancer was caused by asbestos fibers that her husband brought home on his work clothes from his job with CSX Railroad.  The Illinois Supreme Court rejected the railroad's argument that he had no duty of care to the families of its workers that it exposed to asbestos.
