I agree that Judge Fuller should resign. One of the rules or conditions of accepting a lifetime appointment as a federal judge is that there are certain things that you cannot do, that there are certain lines that cannot be crossed. Judge Fuller has broken those rules, and, as a consequence, he should resign his position. On the other hand, I do not advocate that the U.S. House of Representatives take up impeachment proceedings to remove Judge Fuller from office.
