Andrew Wolfson reports in the Louisville Courier-Journal, Kentucky Fen-Phen Scandal Nearing End -- Finally, that the Kentucky Supreme Court's recent disbarment of Stan Chesley marks the beginning of the end of the long-running fen-phen scandal, which has resulted in the disbarment of numerous lawyers and the criminal prosecution of others. The Kentucky Supreme Court has before it a case requesting reinstatement of a $42 million judgment against the fen-phen lawyers, William Gallion, Shirley Cunningham and Melbourne Mills and a decision is expected soon.
