Heisman Trophy Winner To Be Targeted By Sexual Assault Suit?

Heisman Trophy winner and Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, along with Florida State University and the Tallahassee Police Department, may be targeted by a sexual assault suit says attorney Patricia Carroll, the lawyer for a woman who accused Winston of raping her last year.  Authorities declined to prosecute Winston and claimed that the investigation conducted by the police department did not yield evidence to sustain the charge. Carroll has asserted that the police were negligent in their investigation, failing to interview key witnesses and to timely collect standard sexual assault evidence.
