Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway has sued Spencerian College claiming that it misled students with inflated job placement claims.  The suit was filed under Kentucky's Consumer Protection Act. Spencerian is a for-profit college; the idea of the suit is that students will get student loans to enroll at Spencerian, which then collects the payments, but the students do not get the job opportunities that they were led to believe.
