Settlement negotiations between Penn State and victims in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal have commenced and are ongoing.  Penn State has hired claims administrator Kenneth Feinberg to advise it in the settlement negotiations.  Sandusky was sentenced to up to 60 years last fall after being found guilty of 45 sex abuse charges.
