A Miami lawyer, Larry McGuiness, has filed a frivolous class action lawsuit against the NBA's San Antonio Spurs for not playing star players, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobli and Tony Parker, in a game against the Miami Heat on November 29. The lawsuit claims that the decision by Spurs coach Greg Popovich to rest his star players constituted a violation of Florida's deceptive business practices law.
