A frivolous class action lawsuit claims that the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York deceived patrons into paying an admission fee. I have been visited the Met many times; it does not charge or require payment of an admission fee. It does ask or recommend that visitors make a contribution. But you don't have to pay if you don't want. On some visits I threw in a few dollars and on some I didn't.
