A stupid, frivlous lawsuit has been filed in New Jersey against Subway after an Internet suggested that its foot-long sandwiches were only 11 inches long. Stephen DiNittis, the lawyer that filed the case claimed that it was about making Subway deliver what it promised.

With all due respect to Mr. Dinittis and his clients this case is stupid and frivolous. It makes it harder to people with real injuries caused by real wrongdoing to get the justice that they deserve.
