A child was sickened by the e-coli tainted Toll House cookie dough and a lawsuit has been filed to obtain compensation for her injuries and medical expenses.  The maker of the cookie dough, Nestle, recalled its Toll House cookie dough last week.  See Toll House Cookie Dough Recall.
