Unpaid Overtime and Missed Breaks Suit Against Wal-Mart Settles for $40 Million

Missed meal and rest breaks, unpaid overtime, forcing employees to work off the clock and alteration of time cards has resulted in a $40 million settlement in a wage and overtime class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart in Massachusetts.
