A sexual harassment suit involving unwanted touching, grabbing and groping as well as lewd sexual comments, some of which was directed at employees as young as 16 or 17 years old against a Dunkin' Donuts has been settled for $290,000. The suit claimed that the harassment continued for over a year after the victims first complaint. In addition to paying the $290,000 among the 15 victims, the company will be required to have an equal employment opportunity coordinator and have its managers undergo sexual harassment training.
