African-American employees at Coca-Cola employees at plants in Queens borough of New York City and Westchester County have filed suit in Brooklyn federal court claiming they work in a "cesspool of discrimination." The employees claim that they were subjected to a continuing stream of racial epithets, that they got worse and unfavorable assignments, that the racists went unpunished and uncorrected, and that they were subjected to retaliation when they reported the racial discrimination.
