A race and age discrimination lawsuit against a staffing agency, Spencer Reed Group, has been settled for $125,000.  The EEOC filed the suit on behalf of a 55 year old Caucasian woman citing as proof of discrimination the following:

1.  that the employee was given harsher discipline than her co-workers
2.  that she was denied training opportunities
3.  that she was given the heaviest and most difficult workload
4. that she was subjected to a higher level of supervision and scrutiny by her supervisors, and
5. that she was fired when she complained of the differential treatment.
