A breast cancer patient and the deposed CEO of Tuesday Morning, a furniture store, has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the company claiming that it fired her because she had cancer.  Kathleen Mason asserts that the attitude of the company's board toward her changed markedly when she disclosed her condition.
