A disability discrimination suit has been filed by former workers at Toyota's Fremont, California plant.  The plant was closed on April 1 and laid off workers paid severance with increased payments made to those who worked in the last 6 months the plant was open.  The suit is by workers who were hurt and unable to work in these final 6 months and therefore were denied the increased payments.  The suit claims that this constitutes disability discrimination.
