A firefighter in Philadelphia has filed a retaliation lawsuit claiming he was retaliated against by the fire department's top brass over his prior, successful race discrimination suit.  The fireman's prior suit resulted in a $275,000 settlement and changes in the department's hiring and promotions procedures.
