A group of Florida citizens have filed a class-action lawsuit claiming that a home reinspection program was unfair. The 270,000 citizens are homeowners and are claiming entitlement to nearly $190 million in discounts off their policies. 74% of the homeowners were subjected to reinspections on their homes in 2010 when inspectors came to evaluate the properties. The lawsuit seeks financial compensation for funds lost on the reinspections.
