A "frat house" atmosphere in the workplace of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) bureau led to a discrimination lawsuit and a $175,000 settlement.  The suit was brought by an ICE agent James T. Hayes Jr. who claimed that the "frat house" atmosphere humiliated male employees under former ICE chief of staff Margaret Barr.  Hayes is still employed by ICE.
