A sex discrimination suit has been filed against Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals charging gender discrimination in pay, promotions, and treatment of mothers and pregnant women.  The plaintiffs -- women employed at an associate director level or higher -- claim that a male-dominated upper management has created and fostered an environment hostile to women.
