A motorcyclist was killed when a bus driver negligently failed to look out for oncoming traffic and pulled out in front of him.  The motorcyclist, Michael Heaston of Centralia, Mo., was killed when his motorcycle struck a city bus that had pulled out in front of him making a turn. His family's wrongful death lawsuit was settled for $1.4 million.
