Pay disparities, strip club parties and gropings in office hallways are all cited in a sex discrimination lawsuit against the investment bank, Goldman Sachs. A former managing director, a vice president and an associate alleged sex discrimination in employment based on, among other things, the following: (1) women are paid about 75% of what men are paid for similar work; (2) office celebrations and parties that occur at strip clubs; and, (3) sexual gropings and touchings in the office.
