The Kentucky Supreme Court ruled today in Pearce v. University of Louisville that the Police Officers Bill of Rights, KRS 15.520, applies to all complaints, whether internal department complaints or external citizen complaints. This ruling reverse prior decisions by the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
