A federal district judge in New Jersy has issued a ruling declining to strip the class action status from a gender discrimination suit filed last year against Bayer Pharmaceutical, Business Insurance reports, Judge Refuses to Dismiss Class Allegations In Gender Bias Suit Against Bayer Pharmaceuticals.

The case is pending in federal district court in Newark, New Jersey; the plaintiffs are represented by Katherine M. Kimpel of Sanford, Wittels & Heisler
