$18.3 Million Verdict In Age Discrimination Case

Six victims of age discrimination will receive $18.3 million in compensation for their injuries, according to a jury's verdict in California against Dr Pepper/Snapple.  The events occurred mostly before the company spun off from Cadbury PLC in 2008.
