$100,000 Settlement In Discrimination Suit Against Sears

A black female employee has settled her discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against Sears for $100,000.  Mary Johnson worked for Sears in loss prevention for about 18 years.  She was repeatedly passed over for promotion in favor of less-qualified younger white males.  She claimed she was fired in retaliation for complaining about this discrimination.
