$21 Million Settlement In Race Bias Suits Against Kodak -- Kentucky Discrimination Lawyer

Two race discrimination lawsuits against the Kodak Company have been settled for $21 million. The two class action lawsuits claimed race discrimination in promotions and pay practices.  The settlement is subject to approval by the federal district court in Rochester, New York.
