$300,000 Discrimination Verdict Against Chrysler

A discrimination lawsuit against Chrysler has resulted in a $300,000 verdict in favor of the employee. Otto May, Jr., a Cuban-born Jew, proved to a jury that he was subjected to ethnic and racial harassment in the workplace including including having his tires shredded by homemade spikes, being called an "import from Cuba" and having messages such as "Kill Jew. Heil Hitler" scribbled on his locker.
