African-American Police Officer Files Race Discrimination Suit

An African-American police officer has filed a race discrimination suit claiming on the job discrimination.  Glendale, California police officer Tyrone Hunter claims that, on account of race, he was wrongly reassigned from a top narcotics investigative unit to patrol duties, given negative performance reviews to impede his advance in the department and subjected to racial slurs in the course of his employment.
